Orders are fulfilled in the queue they're placed online. Most orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days from when they're placed. 

Please note that shipping and delivery estimates may be delayed up to 10 days during sales, events, promos, holidays, or new releases. We’re always committed to getting your order shipped as soon as possible!

🚚 Domestic Orders
Once your label is created, please allow 3-5 business days for an update from the carrier. 

If your package isn't updating after 5 business days from label creation, email customer service with your order number. Click here if your order is stuck in transit.

🌎 International Orders
Once your label is created, please allow 3-7 business days for an update from the carrier.
