Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after we receive them.

Once dispatched, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery service within metropolitan areas.

We pride ourselves on our customer service. If something goes wrong or is taking too long, please let us know and we’ll do whatever we can to fix it and improve.

During sale periods, order delays can be expected as our warehouse team work through high volumes of orders. Please allow for an additional 5 - 7 days on top of standard delivery timing during this period.
