Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. During times of high volume such as launch weeks and holidays there may be additional delays.

Following launch weeks our order processing window is extended due to higher than usual volume, and it may take up to two weeks for your order to ship, though we do hope it will be much quicker than that. We  ship orders in the order that they were placed.

One your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.
