Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. High order volumes may cause delays. Pre-order item shipping times may vary; please check your email for updates. 

You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number after processing, and another with  tracking once your order ships. Example: If you order on Wednesday and we ship on Tuesday, tracking info will be emailed then.
