We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, but we aim to ship orders within 1 business day.

Once your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking to follow your package at every stage until it arrives at your doorstep. 

It's normal for tracking not to show updates for a few days. Shipping times are always estimated, and delays due to weather, high shipping volumes, carrier issues, and other factors can occur.
